Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Where can I view my sales receipt?

How can I return an item?

Return Policy: We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items: The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded: Sale or clearance items Gift cards Intimates, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons), unless defective

Exchanges: We offer exchanges for size or color, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

How to Start a Return: Contact our customer support at support@allwaysjetlag.com with your order number. You’ll receive return instructions. Ship the item back following the provided guidelines.

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

We apologise for the temporary unavailability of items marked as 'Out of Stock'. We are constantly updating our stock to meet customer demand.
